Pacific Apparel works only with suppliers who meet the employment and environmental requirements our customers expect and demand.

Before being selected for production, a factory must first be evaluated and approved by our compliance team to ensure they meet the requirements of our customers' codes of conduct and practices as they relate to child labor, prison labor, forced labor, discrimination, disciplinary actions, wages and benefits, work hours, ethical standards, environmental protection, staff health and safety procedures, and legal compliance.

The majority of the factories we work with are approved by a variety of major USA retailers.  We are also able to guide new factories through the approval process.
